I am being mentally tortured, Muhammad Aamir has decided to retire from international cricket.


 (Sindh Tribune) : Fast bowler Mohammad Aamir has decided to retire from cricket. He has said that he cannot play cricket with the current management. He will formally announce his retirement in a few days.

 In an exclusive interview to Media, Mohammad Aamir said that under the current management, cricket cannot be played, mental torture is being inflicted and sidelining has been done.

 Mohammad Amir said that he could not bear such torture and he was ridiculed for herbs.  He further said that sometimes bowling coaches say that Aamir was cheated and sometimes he made it known that he did not want to play for the country, who does not want to play for the country, he had returned from the league and always wanted to play for Pakistan.

 He said that cricket cannot be avoided, but efforts are being made to play cricket in such an environment.  He added that when he was not included in the 35-man squad for the tour of New Zealand, he was expected to make future decisions.

 Mohammad Aamir said that he is quitting cricket at the moment, he has endured a lot of torture from 2010 to 2015 and has served his sentence. People have been saying repeatedly that Pakistan Cricket Board has invested a lot in Aamir.

 He further clarified that when he returned to cricket five years ago, former chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board Najam Sethi and former captain Shahid Afridi were very supportive. At that time, the rest of the team said that they did not want to play with Mohammad Amir.  That withdrawal from Test cricket was a personal decision, it was misdirected, Mohammad Amir added that I will inform all the details in 2 days.

On Mohammad Aamir's decision, former captain Shahid Afridi has said that Mohammad Aamir's decision to quit cricket has been surprising, challenges come, but such a decision should not be made. He said that when you have time ahead, you should not listen to anyone and retire. He also said that he had talked to Mohammad Amir and told him not to lose heart.

 Former captain Inzamam-ul-Haq said that Mohammad Aamir's decision to quit cricket is not good for Pakistan cricket, Mohammad Aamir is a big player, he should have gone to the board and talked, management should have talked before dropping Mohammad Aamir.

 Regarding Waqar Younis, Shahid Afridi said that the cricket board always plays the role of father, but in our culture it is not, the board should tell its players the plan, the board tries to give a chance only to the new boy.
