IG Sindh was abducted by Rangers and Capt R Safdar was forcibly arrested, Opposition and Hamid Mir.

Leaders of the Pakistan Democratic Movement, an opposition party in Pakistan, blamed Rangers for the incident. at a press conference in Karachi against the arrest of Captain Safdar. Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Maryam Nawaz and Raja Pervez Ashraf said that the opposition alliance would not be divided by the arrest as the Sindh government was not behind it. Maryam Nawaz said that the Sindh police chief should be taken to the Rangers Sector Command and forcibly signed the arrest warrant of Captain Safdar. Maryam Nawaz said, "I am grateful to Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. He called me, he was very angry. "We could not have imagined that our sister would be treated like this," he said. The PML-N vice-president said that she did not feel for a moment that the Sindh government was taking action. If anyone thinks that this will cause a rift in the PDM, then it is a misunderstanding. she said that if anyone repeated the statement of Quaid-e-Azam at the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam, it would be an insult. I know very well who is afraid to respect the vote.

On the other hand, the country's renowned journalist and columnist Hamid Mir wrote in his tweet, IG Sindh was abducted by Rangers in the morning. IG Sindh Mushtaq Mehr was asked to sign arrest warrants for the arrest of Captain R Safdar.
