FIR registered against Nawaz Sharif and PML-N workers for defame powerful institutions.


 (Sindh Tribune) : The case was registered by a citizen Badar Rashid at Shahdara police station on October 1.  The case was registered under the provisions of Pakistan Penal Code under criminal conspiracy. More than 40 league leaders have also been named in the case.

 The FIR said that Nawaz Sharif made provocative speeches in London to defame Pakistan's powerful institutions. In his speeches, Nawaz Sharif supported the declaration policy of the enemy country India.

 The case said that Nawaz Sharif's speeches were aimed at diverting the attention of Indian forces from the occupation of Kashmir and the atrocities perpetrated on Kashmiris.

The FIR said that Nawaz Sharif's speeches were aimed at indirectly benefiting his friend Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Nawaz Sharif's speeches were aimed at defaming Pakistan's high courts and armed forces in the international community.

 It may be recalled that a case of treason was also registered against PML-N leader Captain Safdar yesterday.

 Reacting to Nawaz Sharif's speech, Federal Minister for Aviation Ghulam Sarwar Khan also said that they were thinking of filing a coup case against Nawaz Sharif under public pressure.
