Big shock to Modi government, allied Akali Dal party seceded from Modi government over Farmers bill.


 (Sindh Tribune) : The Shiromani Akali Dal, which has been opposing the central government's agricultural bills, has now announced its separation from the NDA.

 9 days ago, Harsimrat Kaur, a minister in the central government, also resigned from the post.

 The Akali Dal has been an old ally of the BJP and was a part of the NDA for a long time.

 Today, in the core committee meeting of Shiromani Akali Dal, it has been decided unanimously to separate from NDA.

Shiromani Akali Dal leader Sukhbir Badal has said in a tweet that the party will march a big farmer in Punjab on October 1 and submit a memorandum to the Governor in the name of the President.

Sukhbir Badal, while giving information about the separation of SAD from NDA, said that the decision was taken unanimously by the party core committee.

 Badal said, "Even when these ordinances were brought in the cabinet, Harsimrat Kaur Badal had asked many times as Union Minister to change the bills according to the sentiments of the farmers, but we did not listen."

 At the same time, Punjab Chief Minister and Congress Party leader Capt Amarinder Singh has said that the Badal family had no other option but to separate from the NDA.

 He said, 'There is no morality in the Akali Dal's separation from the NDA. After BJP leaders accused him of failing to convince farmers about agricultural ordinances, they had no other option but to leave the NDA.
