After APC , JUI chief Fazal Rehman has summoned by NAB.

 (Sindh Tribune) : The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has summoned Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman.

 NAB sources said that Maulana Fazlur Rehman is facing charges of financial corruption. Maulana Fazlur Rehman has been directed to appear before NAB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on October 1.

According to sources, Maulana Fazlur Rehman has been asked to provide evidence of assets in excess of his income. Maulana Fazlur Rehman has been asked to appear before Additional Director Israr-ul-Haq in NAB KP.

 It may be recalled that the All Parties Conference of the Opposition was held at Zardari House in Islamabad recently in which Maulana Fazlur Rehman also participated.

The government was sharply criticized in the APC and a phased movement against the government was announced.

 Opposition parties have also accused the government of retaliating through the NAB.
