Allow me to consume marijuana, the petitioner reached the court.

 (Sindh Tribune) : Sindh High Court Judge Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, while expressing anger over the petitioner Ghulam Asghar Sai, said, "What kind of petition have you come up with? Do you want everyone to start smoking hashish?"

 The court asked the petitioner to state how much fine should be imposed on him. The petitioner said that he was a poor man and had brought a petition in the public interest.

 The petitioner said in the court that in most of the countries of the world it is permissible to drink cannabis. On this the court discussed that if you want to drink cannabis then go to these countries, not here.

 Giving arguments, the petitioner said that it will increase the income of the country, it will increase the revenue, on which the court remarked that such revenue and income is not required, there are legitimate ways to increase the income.

 The court later rejected the petitioner's plea.
