Pakistani migrant Hindu's 11 family members mysteriously died in Rajasthan India.


 (Sindh Tribune) : The bodies of 11 members of a family who came to India from Pakistan have been found in a field in Jodhpur district of Rajasthan.  Only one member of the family survives

 Police have launched an investigation into the matter.  Signs of pesticide use were found at the scene.  Jodhpur rural police official Rahul Barhat told the media that forensic experts had launched an investigation into the matter.  A preliminary police investigation said the incident may have been caused by an internal family problem.

 Locals alerted police when bodies were found in a field Sunday.  All the victims belonged to the tribal Bheel community who left Pakistan for India eight years ago and never returned.

 According to police, the victim's family rented a field and worked hard to make ends meet.  The only surviving member of the family is a 37-year-old man named Kewal Ram.  Police are questioning Kewal Ram.

 The dead included Kewal Ram's parents, a brother and three sisters, a daughter and two sons.  Among the dead was 75-year-old Buddha Ram, the head of the family.

 The affected family used to build a house on a field in Lodta Achlauta village in Jodhpur.  According to preliminary information, Kewal Ram survived because he slept away from home.  As soon as locals found out about the incident on Sunday morning, they informed the police.

Barhat told the Media he was investigating the matter and was trying to determine the cause.
