He added that property was bought for 6 236,000.  Seven million pounds was transferred to Standard Chartered Bank's foreign currency accounts.

"All the documents I have shown are genuine."

He said he was given limited time.  According to Serena Issa, the London account is also in her name.

He clarified that this property is not in the name of my husband but in the name of me and my daughter.

When he stopped working at the American school, lawyer Rehan Naqvi suggested that the income was not taxable, now the law has changed.

Therefore, they have rented out two properties and the son lives in the third property.  "That is why I am no longer paying income tax in Pakistan and the UK," he said.

Serena Isa said the allegations have been going on for 13 months and no one has asked me anything and why not?  Has been collecting documents like crazy for the last 13 months.

"This case would not have arisen if my husband had not been a judge because I am not being treated like a normal citizen," she said.

At the end of the hearing, Justice Omar Ata Bandial said, "The way you have presented the whole case today, you have presented the case just like any expert lawyer."  The bravery and enthusiasm with which you have presented your financial affairs prove that you have all the records. And you are a brave woman.

Following the completion of the arguments of Barrister Forough Naseem and the statement of Justice Qazi Faiz Issa, the hearing has been adjourned till 9:30 am on Friday, June 19 in which Munir A Malik Qazi Faiz Issa's counsel will give counter-arguments.
